A new Aston Martin factory is to be constructed in Wales, creating hundreds of construction jobs.
The company is to take over a site at St Athan in Glamorgan currently owned by the Ministry of Defence, with some buildings being re-purposed and others built from scratch.
Work at the site will commence next year, with the key aspect being the transformation of three huge 'super hangars' into production plants.
Car manufacturing will commence at the site in 2020, with the DBX Crossover vehicles being made there.
First Minister of Wales, Carwyn Jones said: "I am delighted to officially welcome Aston Martin to Wales. We have been working closely with the company for almost two years in the face of fierce competition from other potential sites across the world."
The marque has seen its popularity boosted by its association with James Bond, with the vehicle featuring in many 007 films including Skyfall and Spectre.
