Balfour Beatty has gained a new highway maintenance contract worth £245 million.
The construction and engineering firm will be taking care of Warwickshire's roads for the next seven years, with an option to extend it for another three.
It was awarded by the county council, along with Coventry City Council and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, extending an arrangement that has been in place since 2011.
Group chief executive of Balfour Beatty Leo Quinn said: "We build long-term relationships with local authorities that add real value to communities.
"With a clear focus on the outcomes that matter to communities, we are helping local authorities to deliver better value for money."
The contract will protect 120 jobs at the firm, with the team maintaining 5,000 km of roads across the county and the two metropolitan districts.
Last month, Balfour were awarded a £55 million extension to its West Sussex roads maintenance contract.
