KPIs - Friend or Foe?
The role of KPIs in the construction industry is a much contended and long debated topic; one that formed the basis for a recent industry debate hosted by Eque2 at its highly successful Customer Summit event. The discussion explored whether KPIs are really worth their salt concluding it's not only what KPIs firms implement, but how they are deployed that counts. Wes Simmons, Managing Director at Eque2 along with David Warlow from Kingerlee Holdings, Mr Kevin Breen, Mulholland Contracts; Malcolm Savage, GB Building Solutions and Allan Wilén, Glenigan participated in the discussion that provides the basis for this paper.
