Retired footballer Gary Neville has unveiled plans for twin towers, to be constructed in the heart of Manchester.
Since retiring from the professional game, the former England and Manchester United star has combined work as a coach and pundit with property development, with his most recent project being a luxury hotel in Manchester.
Now, his company, named Jackson Row Developments, has joined forces with Engineering Group International, Beijing Construction and Rowsley of Singapore for what will be its most ambitious project yet, the £400 million construction of two mixed-use towers in the centre of the northern city.
As well as a five-star hotel, the planned complex will also include office space, apartments and a new synagogue for the city.
Revealing the plans, Neville said: "Our vision is to deliver the biggest statement in architecture and development that Manchester has seen in modern times."
It is estimated that the construction project will bring around 1,300 new jobs to Manchester over the next few years.
