The fourth phase of a housing development in Rugby has been given the green light by the borough council.
St Modwen's Edison Place development will see the addition of 231 homes, as well as the development of more public open space.
The dwellings will be aimed at different segments of the market, with apartments and terraces, semi-detached and detached homes containing between one and four bedrooms.
Sales and marketing director at St Modwen Homes Beverley Hall said the development has proved very popular so far, with high demand for homes there.
She added: "Construction will start imminently and we're hoping to release the first new homes for sale within the coming weeks."
The development is situated just north of the town centre, a few minutes' walk away from the main rail station.
It is one of several St Modwen developments currently arising in the Midlands, with others in locations such as Burton, Stoke-on-Trent and Worcester.
