Stonewood previously used Eque2’s Construction Manager system, but in 2020 decided to scale up to EVision – Eque2’s Enterprise Construction ERP solution, built within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We spoke to Steven King, Stonewood’s Finance Director at the time, to understand their reasons for change.
With a £70m+ turnover, and on a rapid growth trajectory, the business had vastly outgrown their Construction Manager software. The group consists of over 25 companies and therefore an all-encompassing solution that could connect various teams across the business was required. EVision allows all employees to work from "one version of the truth", gaining visibility of the information they need, and without having to rely on others, thereby saving time and increasing productivity.
To close Steven commented: “After considering several ERP providers, continuing the existing relationship between Stonewood and Eque2 and utilising their EVision solution was deemed to be the right choice. The modern look and feel, the integration with other Microsoft products, and the powerful reporting and analysis capabilities matched the core requirements of the business”.
